the weigh-ins don't begin to tell your story. you are showing what dedication means in terms of your persistent physical activities and a balanced diet, and what they can help you accomplish. you eat a wide variety of foods, and you spread your calories out evenly throughout the day. i think these are more important than the average person thinks.

Yes, it was a 2.6 loss in one week or so. In the past two weeks or so, I changed up a little and now follow my NET carbs closely to keep under 100 as often as possible. And, try to keep the protein up close to 100 each day. This and drinking nearly five liters of water daily pushed me a little faster this week.

My friends last saw me in October 2011 - when I was probably even heavier than my starting weight on FS - my friend and her spouse also have been trying to lose some weight but not as successfully as me. My husband isn't limiting his food but he does exercise and eat lots of fruits and high fiber cereals.
