Bit by bit, step by step - the 220s don't wanna let me go, LOL!
220.6 lb Lost so far: 151.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When I hit 220lbs, the wall went up. I figure your body has burned up all of the low lying fat. It has to go searching for it now. Unfortunately things might get slow from here on in. It sure did with me.

I don't plan on being here too much longer - can't afford to linger, got places to be, things to do, sights to see and better health too!
