Last night we celebrated my Daughter's 40th birthday at a Mexican restaurant. My Wife, myself, my other Daughter and her husband are visiting her from out of town. My baby Granddaughter and her Dad and others were also there. The food was fantastic and I cleaned my plate as usual. A traditional eight piece Mariachi band came to our table and played happy birthday and then performed another song especially for her. It was a first time experience for me and fantastic seeing her so happy.

I ended up eating "Poorly" for the day at 123% of goal and met all activity goals...
155.4 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
