An amazing result after two 2200 calorie days followed by an 1800 calorie day where I ate a late cheese and Nordic seed bread snack and drank three glasses of red wine! Bonus!
204.8 lb Lost so far: 120.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
