This a true struggle but I am not giving up.
For years I thought it only affects other women but not me.
The struggle to loose weight during peri-menopause is real!!!!
I am determined!
159.8 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I lost 7 pounds in two weeks. Before it was 7 pounds in one week. What to Do? Accept this fact and continue dieting and exercising, god bless bye
