Why am I obsessively worried every week about whether or not my weight has changed? I am so scared to gain too much weight like I have every other time except my first baby. But at the same time I am always worried about my lack of too. I know she is healthy from the sonogram but it is just weird to me I suppose. Right now going off my weight gain calculator I should weigh this much if I got pregnant at 121 pounds so since I can sit at 115 and be healthy I guess I shouldn't worry unless I don't gain any more weight in the next six weeks. Just hoping putting all this out there will ease my mind. Has anyone else not gotten very big while pregnant? The only thing i can think of is it is a result of getting a around 30-60 minutes of exercise a day and craving all the veggies. I eat large portions but with all the veggies the calories don't add up as fast. By the way going to stay strong on them. This week her taste buds are developing so she can taste them. Healthy baby eating habits begin to form now!

Its great to eat healthy during pregnancy and very important. It is also ok to gain some weight, if u were to gain 10kg that would mostly be baby and the extra water and blood your body carries during pregnancy. I was instantly 8kg down right after i had my 2nd baby.

You may be prone to worry when you feel out of control. The best solution I can think of is to remind yourself of what (and who) is true (and in control and good! :) , do your best, and go one day at a time. If it helps I struggled with the same. I'm hardly perfect, and have messed up countless times as a mom (and human being), but G-d has preserved me and my family thus far. It's funny how it's on my p90X videos that say this (Do your best and forget the rest.) because that is sort of what I wanted to say verbatim. I's almost Biblical in application too. However, whatever happens, it is well with your soul. Take care! :)

I had gained almost 60 lbs with my pregnancy and couldn't lose the weight quick but walking and some strength training helped me lose the weight. Now that I'm older my metabolism is slowing down and it's creeping the weight on with other factors. But not to worry you'll lose the weight if you breastfeed and do 45 minutes of exercise every day once the doctor clears you.
