Im 26 Years Old Married and just had my 1st baby she is 6 months now :( been always struggling with how I look because I have lack of self confidence due to how I was always treated by my own family .... thats why Im so conscious always about how I look just to believe my own confidence that I do look good ... always always always been active but for the first time in my life I weight so heavy 175 :( im only 4’11” and my knees been hurting hopefully Ill be 120 lb again :(
