Officially down 20 lbs (well, 19.5 but I'll round up)!!! I feel awesome. Moments like these make me realize that all the frustrating moments are worth it. All of the pain I feel at the gym is worth it. Not having that piece of cheesecake is definitely worth it!

I'd like to lose faster - but I have to always remember that this is a process and it won't happen overnight.
186.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 41.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
