Okay, been two weeks, and the second week was the hardest. Was getting headaches, dizzy and sick for several days, figured out, yes, I was getting the keto flu! Have been reading other people's post and learning a lot. Also, joined a keto and a low-carb group on facebook. All this has been helping me so much, thank you, everyone who adds a post of your experiences and what did or didn't help, because each thing helps the rest of us! Anyway, after studying all the posts, the next morning I added some salt and some protein mix to my smoothie. Also, going to find a way to add more magnesium. Have always been short on that anyway. And it all worked. Still get a bit dizzy from time to time, but no more headaches. The last two days have been much better, just don't forget your vitamins! Trust me! ;D

Add No Salt for potassium to your water.
