Katsolo's Journal, 01 May 2018

Been an interesting week. I seem to have hit a plateau of sorts, in addition to the stomach/hives issue from last week. It's also been cold and rainy. On the positive side, I went out last night and bought some of the legal snacks I keep around so temptation is not so great. Avocado and raw almonds, anyone? I ran out last week and had a hard time staying on track. This morning, I'm still up, but I intend to stuff myself full of veggies today via zucchini, cucumber and spinach, along with my avocado and almonds. I swam in the rain last night, that was pretty cool. Haven't done that since Canada trip a couple of years ago. No wine and no frozen hair this time, but still fun for a change. Tonight, we're supposed to get thunderstorms, so probably not going to swim and may not be able to walk the dogs either. Safety first. Sky looks grey right now, but not raining. It is cold. No pack walk tonight either. Oh well, I'll figure something out. Maybe do some furniture moving in my office space for fun and a little total gym workout since it's not hot. And work has ramped back up to crazy. Good times, good times.
