Beautiful day today in NJ. Out for a walk, a visit to TJMaxx, gas in the VW and then a stop at the supermarket,
I’m taking the Intermittent Fasting one day at a time. If it feels right and my appetite is staying at bay I just go with it. Coffee in the morning, a slice of cheese or two if I feel hunger coming on. So far so good. Dinner at 6-7.

Tonight, grilled Flank steak topped with small shrimp sautéed in butter and a little garlic, asparagus, broccoli and a green salad with vinaigrette. Delish.
