I eat the same exact things everyday because it’s safe and I don’t want to have to think about it. Today I was wondering how long before I get burnt out on eating this way. Does anyone else do this? I have a couple variation of pretty much the same thing but it’s all the same really.

I try to but I have access to too many other variations. Looks like you have a pretty wide variety of fruits and veggies every day.

Yes I’ve cut out the higher carb ones and have been sticking with mostly berries.

I find I'll eat a lot of the same things too (specially cause I shop in bulk a lot at sams and I hate wasting food) I do wear out in certain things so I do some searching for new ideas and repeat the cycle I finally have enough healthy foods I enjoy that aren't a pain to make and don't cost a fortune that I have a great variety so when one thing gets old I can switch it up and still stay on track ive gotten SO MANY good ideas from people here in FS

Luckily i like to eat the same "greatest hits" over and over. I found ways to lighten up the things i like -- omelets, salads, tuna, sandwiches, roasted veggies. I try to "sneak in" extra veggies and/or beans whenever possible by adding spinach and cabbage to sandwiches, beans to sauces and salads, etc. I also love condiments, and am experimenting with different kinds that are newer to me.

spices are a cheap way to add variety. i just google their uses or wing it.

I've ever done that, so I ever ate the same thing like for 4 MONTHS, it literally works! Really! I lose 15 kg without hitting the gym ( I just workout at home ) but, its so boring and tiring, and I break the walls and I eat whatever I want and yes I become even fatter than before, but now, I choose to eat clean food ( its just like a common food but with fresh and natural ingredient, dont forget to look after the condiments and the method ) Now Im hitting the gym too! It probably works slower than my diet before, but it can be a lifestyle that I can do in my lifetime, not only temporary bc it doesnt torture :) thats all :D

I tend to eat the same or very similar things, especially during the work week. For me variety comes in the spices and seasoning used as Fhhgd said.

I do the same thing! For me I dont want to think of food and look through recipes and count carbs and protein and fat. I find the less I think of food the better.

I eat the same food all the time too, but because it's what I love to eat, so I don't get bored of it.

I eat basically the same thing for breakfast and lunch. I change it a little at dinner time.

I eat same food with minor variations for months.... It's convenient and easy! I don't have to spend hours to log 300 ingridients daily, calculate my macros and wonder what's for dinner! I don't get bored of my food and love the low maintenance. I have been eating like this for a looooong time... Maybe every 8-12 weeks I switch ingredient or two.... I do have calorie rotation days and or refeeds... Is when I eat different food (different from my everyday food), but is food that I also planned for.
