I finally broke 200! Yayy !!! Finally, now i just need to keep it going in the right direction. I have been trying to eat better and work out more. Slowly but surely Im gonna get there!
199.6 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 54.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Super! You have the right approach. Going about your weight loss slowly is more likely to keep the weight off once you reach your goal. But you have already overcome one hurdle so you should feel proud of yourself. :)
