A snapshot of my weight trend from fit bit since 12/2013 until 4/2018. I've gotten as big as 266 I think. I havent seen below 220 in many, many years. I was a large child. Then into my teens I met with some "trauma" and I slowly became anorexic by the time I was 15-17. I dropped to 117 pounds at 5'-7 1/2" and was large chested (which would account for a good chunk of weight). You could see my collar bones and rib cage. Although I wasnt a severe case, I still believed I was huge. I vomited meals, starved, binged, and repeated. I leveled out around 125 lbs in my early 20's then married my husband, whom shared a love of cooking. I ballooned to 200 pounds after a couple years. Then all that was left of my eating disorder was binge eating. Basically this chart explains my entire past two decades. Up and down.
