It was hard to stay straight and arrow today but I did and it feels good to do this. I lose 4 lbs and it feels great. At this rate I will be at my goal weight in no time.
202.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
