Down to last 10 lbs. it’s been a relative easy process of changing your habits and realizing what food does to your health, good and bad. The most glaring factor that I have noticed is that when you cut carbs out of your diet, you want less carbs. And when you eat carbs you want even more. One other noticeable surprise was, while on the keto plan I never was really hungry and ate most things I enjoyed. Just cut out sugar, bread and processed packaged foods. Was difficult the first week or so but afterthree months it’s fairly easy to stay on the plan.
Good luck to all of you that are on the plan and just remember to stick with it. Just remember why you’re doing it through the tough times and soon it will be your way of life.
