If I can be down to 163.5 by May 1, I will be back down to where I was last year May 1. I am hopeful - I weighed half pound less this morning, so there could be a trend.

Trying to get back into the exercise groove of 10,000 steps a day but I am pretty lazy when it comes right down to it.

Hang in there! This journey that we are on will continue until our last breath, literally. Working on CREATING some habits that will make the road long and happy.

You are correct, it is a journey for the rest of our lives. And I'm with you with the exercise thing. It's hard when you work full time, go to school part time, and need to have a life as well. Of course, with the longer days, it should become easier to get the walking in after work. I'm too grouchy the rest of the day when I try to walk before work.
