Down fractions, but at least I'm down. Made a variation of Draglist's Nordic nut and seed bread. Didn't have seeds so just used what I had in the house, walnuts and almonds. I may add a tablespoon or two of honey next time. Each bar 198 calories, 17 grams of fat, 1.5 grams fiber, 8.87 grams protein, 4,16 grams carbs. I also may try sesame oil instead of olive, just because I have some.
