Today is a hot a beautiful day!! I had a pretty ridiculous weekend when it came to mey eating. I was eating and craving things that I usually don't have a problem with for example chips. Im usually the donught, pastry, bread carbaholic but Im usually fine with chips but for some reason I could not get my fill of them this weekend lol.I dont know but I am working very hard this week to reach my goal to get into the 270's. I need to lose 3lbs and I know I can do it. I've also started back into my exercise routine slowly but surely by walking. So this is going to be a great week!!!
