Great job!!! I am so proud of you!! Have you seen a Dr about the problems you are having? I would recommend seeing one of you are having health problems. There may be an underlying issue that if fixed, can help with the weight. Anyway, Great job on the drop!! Awesome!

Congratulations! I read somewhere that Brazil nuts are good for the heart. It only takes four per month to see a change in your level of selenium. My husband and I eat one per day. They did say eating more than four in one day might cause problems due to elevated selenium level

Congratulation on achieving your goal - I will say that you should check in with a Dr if there is "stuff" going on that you can't explain or has gone on for a few days. I learned this lesson the hard way.

i am happy to be and inspiration to anyone that will help me also to keep on keeping on!! but yes ive been going to the doctor more than ever in my life besides having babies haha! i started couple months or more ago because my heart did something unfamiliar then as well.. so ive seen cardiologist and my reg doc. done a stress test but it was good i had to cancel my sleep study because insurance issues and all my other appointments for about 3 weeks but soon itll all be figured out and i can get back to figuring stuff out. I did go to doctor today cause i had another even more weird episode with my heart diff from the first so next week they are gonna have me wear a monitor for 48 hours just to see if any thing shows up. gosh was that tmi haha anyhow THank you for all the congrats ! i read so many that inspire me on the site and i thank everyone for the encouragement and support!

Congratulations on your "so far" success. today is my first day of life changes. I too am battling an illness, hypothyroidism, and I am determined to reset my body through hard work and lifestyle alterations. keep up the good work and continue to inspire. Peace, love, and many blessings...

Whattephuqe-- I don't know if you intend on doing the very low carb keto diet or not, but if you are, you may want to talk to your Doc who treats your hypothyroidism. LOWER carb diets are generally ok ,but the very low carbs in the keto diet can have a further detrimental effect on your thyroid function. Just something to consider

Low carb diets cause the body to shed salt, so supplement it daily to avoid low electrolyte symptoms like dizziness, constipation, and headaches. A couple of cups of bouillon or salty broth per day will avoid problems.

Well done on your drop

Knjs4-- you have not shared the type of diet you are on, but I would suggest that if your blood pressure is elevated and you have an actual diagnosis of FATTY liver that you make sure your Doc knows the details of your diet. You might consider a conservative approach to weight loss management until these health conditions are further evaluated. A diet high in salt and fat, if that is what you are doing, might not be beneficial at this time.

50 pounds in 100 days is a lot to lose in a relatively short amount of time. While I'm happy to see you achieve this milestone, I'm worries that your buddy night be trying to tell you something. My advice is to see your physician .. get a check up and inform your doctor about your diet and the rapid weight loss. it's probably nothing, but why take the chance.
