Back pain can be caused by a lot of things, including kidney infection, so I agree that you should have a talk with your doctor.

As your body changes, so does the rest of you, you could be getting some chemical imbalances, from the rapid weight loss. Your body is trying to adjust to a different size and style of energ yand WOE. I would slow it down and seek some medical advice, just for a check up to be sure !!

I agree with @Gaelicgal, most likely is a hydration issue or you are low on something your body needs. I know I require large doses of Vit D and of Magnesium. Magnesium is particularly good for muscle cramps.

Low carb diets cause the body to excrete salt. If you are dizzy, please have some salty broth or bouillon, which should correct the problem within 1/2 hour. Don't ignore this - I read so often about folks ignoring this and falling, getting concussions and black eyes!

As you lose weight and the center of balance shifts position in your body, it can stress you core muscles in a way they're not used to. Check with your doctor to rule out anything serious, and perhaps ask about physical therapy to help with your back pain.
