Overall, I ate well and exercised well. But I have a problem, even when walking I tend to bulk up. Walkiing makes my legs very muscular and heavy and the same with my arms.

I also tend to cheat a little, I have some bite size cheese cake and I had 2 of those yesterday - not good, and I also tend to eat too much fruit even though it is only berries.

Today I will challenge myself to:
1) avoid the cheese cake, I will freeze it, that way I will not be tempted.
2) avoid berries except for lunch
182.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I just complained about muscle mass in my latest journal entry, too. However, I've been please with the toning from my workout DVD. At least there is shape, lol. Hang in there :)
