Today starts the first day of a planned 11 day liquid only fast. The first two days of the fast is the hardest so I will allow myself to take in 600-900 calories in liquids. I will probably have a Starbucks Mocha and a bone broth during the day. By Wednesday I hope to cut it down to just water and green tea. A key thing I will do is to make sure I workout with weights and walk at least 10k-15k a day. Looking forward to the third day because that is when my body realizes it has to live off my fat (and there is plenty of that) it realizes that it is not starving and my hunger disappears and my energy level goes way up :)
** 11:30am Update ** So I had the Starbucks Mocha this morning (450 calories) so I am not hungry. About to go for a 5k step walk for lunch. ** Update 4:20pm ** Did the 5k walk. Have not been hungry all day (tomorrow will be the real test). I choked down a LonoLife BoneBroth drink so that I would feel REALLY full (and it did) because I plan to go out to eat with friends and I will only be drinking herbal tea. I feel so stuffed right now I wont be tempted to eat.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

@poison1vy - Thank you. I am actually excited this week. I always feel better during a fast. It is only after eating that my body and emotions go on a high and low rollercoaster.
