Just didn't feel like journaling. Felt down. Felt overwhelmed.

I know how you feel, there are days that I dont feel like even getting out of bed. You just have to retrain your thoughts. Tell yourself you can do this, tell yourself you can get up and get moving. Take a walk, dance around to some happy music, whatever it takes to get your mood up. Buy some dark (VERY DARK 85% or more) chocolate, keep it in a place out of sight, but when you are feeling down, take a small piece. The chemical in chocolate releases feel good chemicals in your brain. You can pull yourself out of the funk, it just takes a little time!! We got you!! Sending hugs!!
