I have no idea how I weigh less today than yesterday...I’ve not been eating well this weekend. I’m sure it will catch up to me. I’m usually not very hungry but I’ve been starving and craving things. My husband brought some amazing chocolate back from his recent trip to Europe and I love chocolate. I try to stick to one small piece a day but every time I eat one piece I want the whole bar! Haven’t given in yet but the temptation is real, let me tell you! Then my hubby got wingers last night—I love sticky fingers with ranch and had some last night and today for lunch🤦🏼‍♀️ it was so good. Back to plan Monday and praying the scale doesn’t give me too much grief for my indulgence this weekend.
133.6 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

An occasional indulgence is good for the soul. As good as you have been doing for yourself it won't mean a thing at all even if its a little bump up.

i ate really bad today too. I had buffalo chicken pizza. It was so good; i couldn’t refuse it

Take the loss as a sign and run with it, Try Dr. No chocolate, very tasty, No carbs, no fat, no almost nothing and you can eat the whole bar !!!
