Most recent before and after, 246 vs 169. Loose tummy skin is apparent, but that's expected after losing almost 80 lbs. Also building monstrous leg muscles with the bum hopefully to follow suit! Only 15 more lbs to go til I'm not overweight!

notsominniemouse - it's evolved over the past 16 months, but overall I just count calories.
jerrydonr - I'm not saying there's anything wrong with it or that it doesn't work for some people, but I personally do NOT do keto, and never ever would.
dw98391 - yes, dropping sizes was exciting at first, but I'm seceral sizes down now, and it's almost annoying when I put something on and it's unexpectedly too big to wear anymore! Lol guess I shouldn't complain.
Jmelissa - Just do whatever is SUSTAINABLE for YOU that keeps you in a calorie deficit and be patient, that's all it takes!

KathyL1 - it changes... at almost 250 lbs, I cut down to 2100 and lost over a pound a week. Around 200 I was eating 1800-1900. Now around 170 I eat 1600-1700.

jengetfit123 - thank you! I get to the gym 2-3 times a week and do about 30 min of cardio on either the elliptical or the crosstrainer then 20-30 minutes of heavy lifting, mostly with cable machines as I go to a women's gym so that's mostly what we've got
