High All. Having fun entering exercise. I fon't usually think of anything but walking, swimming or working out. I consider myself sedentary. Who knew to count cooking, housework, gardening. I've been working on lowering carbs and calories to try to get some movement on the demon scale. In the meanwhile, I'm enjoying my WOE and life in general. I hope everyone is having a blessed Sunday. ❤

Haha :) my mantra is if it burns calories, it counts. Makes me less whiney about yardwork and shoveling snow.

don't forget to put in Sleeping and Resting! that can be 3000 calories right there!
