one tenth of a pie for breakfast. 395 calories. ill still make my weight loss goals because ill stay under 1200 cals for the day. just have to go to my low cal food options for lunch and dinner.

It's great when you can practice portion control. Pie is my favorite thing to eat! I had a small piece of apple pie like that for Thanksgiving. But I was at my sister's house so wasn't tempted the next day with leftovers. If the pie had been in my house, not sure how successful I would have been.

Thanks, I had a hard goal I was trying to meet and I really wanted to get there. If I'd had a week, I probably would have had a bigger piece. In shock re: how many calories that small peice was. 😁
