Not happy with my weight loss. I'm just gaining too much weight. I just don't know my limit. I see food and I want to put it in my mouth. For this reason, I have decided to just drink protein shakes, water and coffee for this week. I'm hoping it will help. Today is my second day on this diet. I know I can not do this for a long time, but at this point none of my pants are fitting me and I can not go around wearing sweat pants everywhere.
