🙃 I was doing so well until this past week! Stress eating has gotten the best of me, but I’ve been exercising every day. Hopefully I can get the eating part back in check
174.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
