Good morning everyone;)
Im apologize for not being here yesterday to be apart of the support team but as the weather becomes more pleasant Im out in it...
I began my day assisting my daughter with another family in need ...then we did a little shopping to keep my low carb plan in place..
Continue to increase my water intake and some intermediate fasting...some zero carb days...and heading towards OMAD now I do feel great now and so many more days than not its happening
Wow! my summer shorts size 8 fit really nicely even a tad lose but nothing that needs a belt lol
I can pull up my jeans now without zipping them...this is an accomplishment that call it crazy but I do so love.
I do give the credit much of it due to when the weathers nice out and Im busy...I just don't care to eat much.....it happens every Spring/Summer
We are heading out middle of the week to Atlanta GA
hubbys there for business for a few days...Im there to shop and support him ha ha and then off to Gatlinburg for a little R&R and to check on some homes we are interested in the area ..so this week will be a busy one but an exciting one...
Well I do hope your weekend is wonderful...Im working a 12 hr day today but I don't care because its a very short week for me...yay when its nice out it becomes for us time to get away and play...
