Once again, I forgot to get pictures at the Senior Center. Weekends, I am on my own. Members of the Rotary Club assisted us in carrying our trays and getting drinks on Friday. I didn't need it, but it was nice to be waited on. One of the regular servers is starting to reach automatically for the sugar-free options when he sees me. I slipped up and ate something with flour in it. My ketones this morning, however, were still measurable at 0.7 mg. Every morning, they set out pastries. Someone decided that it was also appropriate to set out green olives, pickles, and pats of real butter! I love this person, because I get to snack on something, too.
I am tempted to start drinking coffee again, because it's always available. Summer is coming, so the temptation may pass.
