I should check in more often but life gets in the way. Also I knew I wasn't losing anything for awhile. Just hit a plateau but I also knew it wouldn't last. And it didn't.
I got on the scale this morning and OMG! My mouth hit the floor. 194.2. HA! I didn't even know it was happening. I'm so excited about it. I haven't been that far under 200 in so long. I've been paying more attention to portion than what it is. Although I still don't eat processed foods and eat as little sugar as possible. Apparently it is working. I'll try to get on more often if I can keep life out of the way. But either way, I'm keeping it up to keep it down.

That's the best way to "diet" - once you get in the groove, you make good choices, and you lose or maintain without stressing about it.
