gz9gig asked me a good question , thanks - Go Green is my take on the weight loss - green means weight loss , red weight gain on fa - encouragement is all it is - most people are so negative about this and scared but what they don't realize is that taking just one step in the right direction is very very positive - Chesgreen thinks it is him - lol - inside joke - great guy - this is a lifestyle not a diet - a journey - I just try to encourage in this tearfown world
