Right now I am on a crash diet. Nestle's Glytrol for breakfast, full ramen pack for lunch, full ramen pack for dinner, and another Glytrol a bit before bed. Decaf coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 twice a day and a diet soda twice a day. Snack on a small piece of frozen chicken breast (cooked) or some cheese.

Coffee is with lunch and dinner, soda is between meals as a snack. I add dried chive pieces, red pepper flakes and/or black pepper to the ramen. Sometimes I might add a small (4# or less) piece of the chicken breast (thawed and cut to strips or diced) to the ramen. I like ramen and have ~5 dozen packs around.

I'm going to do this for a week and see how well I can stand it. If ok, I'll try to go week by week, with maybe a "cheat day" once a week.

I am an amputee in a power chair so I get no exercise other than some leg exercises and some arm exercises with 2# weights.

My Endocrinologist wants me an a 1600 - 1800 calorie diet.
