This looks really good. What can you replace the sweet potatoes with. I like them but only baked with marsh mellows on them. Obviuosly that isn't going to happen.

It looks delish! What are the sprinkles on it, black pepper?

Roschelle— practice eating them. It’s like dealing with little kids, it usually takes 10 to 12 encounters for a child to accept non sweetened new foods. Sweet potatoes are a great addition to anyone’s food toolbox whether they are attempting a food modification lifestyle chang or not.

Thank you Kenna. I do like sweet potatoes actually. I forgot sort of. I microwave them for my dogs. My dogs are just crazy about them. And usually I'll share some of theirs (before I give it to them). So I could just eat them with nothing on them. I guess it's the seasoned kind you get at some fast food place. My best friend (RIP) used to get them and I tried hers, didn't like them.

Seasoned with a little sea salt, a little black pepper, dash of garlic, basil, and roasted in olive oil. I don't like the "holiday potatoes", too much sweet.

Rochelle McGowan Those ‘sweet potatoes’ are actually yams. Sweet potatoes are light yellow inside and milder in flavor. They are sweet but not as sweet as yams. A hood way to learn how to enjoy these wonderful high fiber healthy root vegetable! Check it’s glycemic affect. Vegetables high on the glycemic index are weight gainers if not consumed in moderation.

I do like yams yes. I ate strawberries this morning and I don't like strawberries. But they were pretty good. Maybe it's not too late for change!
