Starting my morning wi h cream of rice. not use to breakfast , but on a mission to better health.

I think it looks great!! I love the combo of strawberries and bananas. Great breakfast!! @Imran, everyone is on a different journey. What may cause you to stumble (i.e. sugar) could be what helps another person. Be supportive, there is no reason to tear each other down.

yea , but natural sugar is ok. as long its in moderation 👍

Looks delicious! I'm vegan and I think I can eat this actually! Will have to pick up a box of that next time I'm out. Thanks for the idea 💕

I was eating this everyday and gained weight. Rice is a starch and converters to sugar along with the fruit. So while I thought I was eating better I was actually sabotaging myself. Eating the starches made me hunger though out the day. Now this is my experience with it. So if you start to gain remove it from your diet. Sorry not trying be be negative about it just sharing my experience.
