losing. 5 lb a day on DASH diet! great!
183.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Trico1, supposed to say 5 lb a week. DASH - dietary Approach to Stop Hypertension. It works! Gotta like fruits & veggies fish & poultry.
