Zoodles and Beef for dinner! I need to say I went a full day with no cheese. This is a big deal for me. I eat cheese every day but I’m trying to cut it down!

This looks like what my dinner may end up being tonight. Thanks for the inspiration. You can drag and drop into the full browser on the web, meaning pull photos over from your files. From the phone app, you have to take a picture while you're in the journal or the meal you want to post to.

Good work limiting cheese - I seldom eat cheese nowadays. It definitely stalls weight loss for me if I choose to eat it.
