Dear Phil, You're a bad example! I'm now tempted to do similar in my next journal. Wait. May be you're a *good* example. Signed, Confused.  

LOL. We have a saying in my house - "He who stirs up shit will eventually have to lick the spoon!" 

I'm so conflicted that I need milk and coffee.  

Pour Pine-Sol on them! LoL.  

Cows eat plants - therefore, steak is a salad.  

Love it! 

Go get yourself a meat cookie at Whataburger. 

Meat cookies are the best.  

Get outta the house! 

Put them down the garbage disposal. Pronto. Maybe your wife will get mad? OK, well then just say NOOOOO! You can do this thing. 

I was thinking about your Pinesol solution Marsha and giggling 🤭 about it and wondering what Phil’s wife would think if she came home to a Pinesol and brownie cookie jar with him saying, ‘oops.’ 🤗LOL I don’t think I can ever look at Pinesol the same way again...or brownies. 🙇🏻‍♀️You may have ruined them for me! LOL 🤦🏻‍♀️ 

@smprowett I'm sorry. (not really) Reality was I knew if I did not destroy them I would have eaten them. So, that was the 1st thing that I saw to kill them. LoL! Food addiction is a disease. It would have been like leaving a line of "coke" on the break room table and expect a drug addiction not to partake in it.

Yeah, I had a sinus headache exasperating everything yesterday. I managed to escape the sugar temptations unscathed, but felt pretty bad until late yesterday afternoon. New day, resolved fortitude! 

Good on you for escaping the sugar temptations; quite an accomplishment!
