I thought I was losing weight, found out I was 10 pounds MORE than when I started, so I've decided to get serious. I don't wanna end up losing part of my lifespan to hereditary issues my father had, so I'm trying as best I can to diet as best I can. I'm young, I can rebound from this. It's never too late or early, right?
