Today starts my 3rd day of the liquid only fast. I had so much energy this morning I ended up getting out of bed early (the only reason I got any sleep at all is because I took a large amount of Melatonin). I also decided that my next fast will start Monday and go to May 1st. It's the starting and stopping the fast that causes my wild weight swings.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

@abbadabba - Thank you for catching that! I just fixed it. Yeah, even I do not have enough fat in my body to fast until March 2019!
