They are in freezer ready for an after dinner yumminess. So far they are not a trigger. Have a great evening everyone. ❤

Well, we'll see. So far I've held it to 2. 🤣 I developed the PB/protein to avoid chocolate at night. I think chocolate is a contributor to not being able to go to sleep. And, I've just discovered the craziest thing. I usually take 2 Tylenol at bedtime to help with old lady pains. I think it makes me itch - here - there - everywhere. Wiggle, wiggle. Anyone else have that reaction? Anyway. Nite nite. Early bedtime for me. Sleep tight. ❤

Hi Jackie, I take 1 Aleve nightly to manage my osteoarthritis. I avoid Tylenol because it can cause liver damage, only take it when ordered by my doctor.

Hi Jackie, I take Aleve at night too and avoid Tylenol for many reasons. For me, the Aleve works better anyway as the Tylenol has a shorter effective span in the body.

Did you eat fewer than 500 calories for the whole day?

Captmrbles - no, I ate a Chia Seed pudding I had in the frig and 1\2 an avocado to boost cals to something over 800. Too low but okay for 1 day.

What's in a PB Protein Fat Bomb? That sounds good. I hear you about "old lady pains" LOL. Good description. Hope you sleep better. I have trouble sleeping a lot of times because I have Restless Leg Syndrome. Some days are worse than others but my legs are twitching all over the place sometimes.

Aleve is the much safer nsaid if you have to take one. 🤷🏻‍♀️It is the ONLY one that will not eventually give you rebound headaches from overuse as well, so it can be used for headaches on a daily basis. But ALL of them can contribute to ulcers so you have to be cateful and eat with them.🙋🏻
