I'm not totally sure what the fishless filets are made from actually... Its the Gardien brand. Its my favorite fishless product. Boca makes an awesome chickenless patty.

Your food always looks super tasty, I’m vegetarian, I also use vegan ‘butter’ and drink soya/almond milk. Seeing your posts is making me seriously consider becoming vegan. Thank you for inspiring 🙂

Great looking dish! I couldnt go vegan, I enjoy eating meat and cheese. My friend decided to go vegetarian and says he really loves it. I am happy for him. Congrats on the great meal!!
