149.2 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Yep, the plan was to reach goal, continue what I was doing to get there, and see where my weight landed. That's why it's so important, I think, to lose weight by doing things you can live with as a lifestyle!
