I am going to try to stop weighing myself each day because the scale flucuates everyday and really stresses me out! Yestersay I put on 1 pound and then today I lost 2 pounds. I am averaging between 2 and 3 pounds weight loss each week so I am going to try to weigh just once a week, if I can.

They asy that's the best way. I agree--very stressful. Wish I could stay off it for a week...just can't.
