🐣Eggless salad🐣 with Bubbies natural dill pickles on bagle thins.
I get to eat 2 of these massive sandwiches! 🍔🍔🍴

how do u make eggless salad???

Well... This particular batch is a half block of tofu, salted with black salt to draw out the water, paprika/turmeric/onion/mustard/pickle stirred in. *Black salt (kala namak) is a salt harvested from sulphurus waters and has a very distinct egg smell and taste. Its a vegan pantry necessity!

Oh, interesting! I have to experminent more with tofu. I usually do egg white salad. I'm not vegan. No red meat just poultry and fish. Thanks for the info!
