Yesterday I did a 5 mile run then walked 5000 steps with my wife. So tired yesterday I had to take a short nap :) I ate a lot however. However, directly after my exercise in the heat the scale went down to 200... then I drank a gallon of water.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
