Only lost 1lb last week. Had lost 4lbs the week prior to the challenge. Work out day and night all last week. Hope there is a change next week.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It could be that your body is adjusting to the 4 lb loss last week. 5 lbs in 2 weeks is GREAT. Most diet plans recommend 1-2 lbs/week, so you're within that. Also, you might want to watch your sodium, as sometimes that causes water retention. Good luck with the challenge.
