Full Bunny plan for the win. Note: I am not eating bunnies. Tho it is very possible I may be starving a few by consuming their food sources. Four months ago I started dabbling with this I was 318 and made the decision to start eating better again. Until this week I hadn't really committed to it. Over the initial 3 and a half months of half assery with it I lost 6 pounds. Not what I would call awesome results.

On Wednesday of this week I finally committed to it. On paper it is massive calorie restriction. I am rarely hungry doing it tho. For the most part, I skip breakfast because I'm not hungry until 11 or so anyway and I've just been eating 2 un-buttered toasted tomato sandwiches for lunch. For dinner I do a salad with a full head of lettuce and a tomato. Half an onion and about 100 grams of shredded farmers ( aka marble) cheese. Top it off with 3 chopped hard boiled eggs and a little low cal salad dressing. A couple snacks here and there but that's about it. So from 312 wednesday night to now (really early saturday morning) I'm 304. 8 pounds in 3 days. No hunger. I'll take it while it lasts.
304.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Believe me, we need to suffer so much before realizing we have no escape. That strict dieting is the only way to go. I love chips, a bag of chips and I am in heaven. But realizing that an orange, grapes, a glass of water is the answer it's traumatic. At 280 pounds I know how you feel, and I am so tired of the T-shirts and leggings, I have some for the home, others to do errands, and other fancier styles to go out. I am so bored with that. I want ti wear a jumpsuit, a sun dress, I want to lose weight, I want to diet, that is it. Not for a day, not for one week but for 6 months straight. It was a tough pill to swallow, but I did, hope you like my experience up till now, it feels you feel this also. Bye-bye🙋🙋
